At Petsiez, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a request.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date on eligible returnable products. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Marked as a returnable product at the time of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (food, treats, supplements)
- Grooming products that have been opened or used
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team within the 15-day return window:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us at refund@petsiez.store with photos of the damaged product and your order details.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Petsiez.
